For the Anthropic team. Who I am, why Anthropic, and six minutes on how I teach and how I build. Real systems, my own voice, no slides. The written answers in my application were written by me first; this page is the same person on camera.
The walkthrough
Time | What you will see |
0:00 | The same question asked twice: in a fresh chat, and in a project that has read the business. One answer is generic, the other is real. |
0:30 | Why Claude forgets your business. Memory is what the model picked up along the way. Context is what you decided it should know. |
1:15 | Twenty years of notes, and why they were never the problem. |
1:43 | Five pages and a map. The Context Vault in Notion that Claude reads through MCP before it answers. |
2:41 | The live build. A real follow-up email, the price and the sign-off landing from the context. Built on Northline Studio, a sample company, not a client's data. |
3:40 | What ships with it: the runbook, the job aid and the champion. The part most rollouts skip. |
4:20 | Two limits, stated plainly. |
4:44 | Your fifteen minutes: the exercise to run on your own business today. |
What ships with every system
The build is the easy part. These three are why the teams still run the systems after I leave.
A runbook. One page that says who owns the system, what it may touch, and who to call on a Tuesday when something breaks.
A job aid. One page the person keeps next to them, with the three things they actually do.
A champion. Someone on the team who learned it from me and can teach the next person. A tool a colleague learned from a colleague keeps getting used. A tool learned from a mandate does not.
Every one of the forty-eight systems I have shipped came with those three things.
The measure
Did they use it again on Thursday without being told? That is the only number I ask to be judged on, and I report it at thirty, sixty and ninety days.
A lesson from my own curriculum
One lesson from a three-level certification program I wrote, filmed and taught myself, for adults starting from zero. The subject is different and the way I teach is the same: show first, let the hands notice the result, then name it.
What I do
I build AI systems that run businesses, and I train the people who run on them. Since 2019 that has been 48 systems for 12 client companies on Claude, MCP and Notion, every one shipped with its documentation and hands-on training.
The systems. The 36 productized systems, each with its write-up, are at dimagornovskyi.com/projects.
The record. Sixteen years running my own companies, nine of them a marketing and automation agency, five years teaching a certification curriculum, six languages. LinkedIn
