How It Works

  1. We define your calendar rules: which days take meetings, which hours stay protected, how much buffer every call needs.
  2. A booking page offers clients only the slots your rules allow, and the ping-pong disappears.
  3. Focus blocks go on the calendar first, as appointments with your own work.
  4. Claude reads the calendar each morning and delivers the day as an agenda, with context pulled for every meeting.
  5. When conflicts appear, the AI flags them with a proposed fix instead of letting the week silently degrade.
