How It Works

  1. Each contact gets a profile page in Notion: who they are, the relationship history, current status and open items.
  2. Key facts from conversations get filed to the profile, so the page stays current without archaeology.
  3. Before drafting a reply, the AI reads the profile, and the response fits the actual relationship.
  4. Before a meeting, the profile feeds the prep brief, and you walk in with the history at hand.
  5. Profiles link to deals, projects and follow-ups, so one page shows the whole relationship.
