The Problem

Even with good AI tools, complex recurring work gets re-explained every time. The monthly report, the service-description rewrite, the client onboarding pack, each run starts with ten minutes of instructions and ends with output that varies by how well the instructions went that day. The procedure exists, but nowhere a machine can hold it.

The Solution

A library of your procedures encoded as named skills. Each one carries its full instructions, its sources and its output standard, and invoking it takes one line. The work runs the same way every time, at the quality level you locked in when you built it.

How It Works

  1. A repeatable procedure gets selected from the SOP Library or captured directly from a workflow that went well.
  2. It's encoded as a skill: the steps, the pages and databases it reads, the output format and the quality checks.
  3. The skill gets a name and a trigger, and running it becomes one instruction instead of a briefing.
  4. Skills chain where it helps, a content skill can call the voice rules and the scan in sequence.
  5. The library grows one skill at a time, and each addition permanently shortens some recurring job.
